Welcome to our NEW Registration Site. Please click on the "Create Account" link on the upper right section of this page to create a user account. When you create your account, please make sure to fill in ALL information fields and add ALL members of your family to your account

In the top right hand corner click log in and enter your user name and password.

TO REGISTER

To register please select one of the tabs along the horizontal menu which will open the available selections in the vertical menu. All of our sports and programs can be found under sport/program registation - Once you click on sport/prgram you will see Sport and Programs in the left menu. To break it down by category click the small black traingle beside Sport or Program to better refine your search.

Once the sport or program is chosen you can click on a selection and the information will be displayed along with the “Register” tab. By clicking on the blue information bubble , complete camp / program details will be displayed. Once your selections are complete, please proceed to the secure check-out process. Upon completing secure payment, a confirmation receipt will be sent by email to your Inbox.

***PLEASE NOTE***

To Register for Kids Klub or inservice days click Kids Klub under registration

ALL HOCKEY(*** EXCLUDING IN HOUSE CHIF HOCKEY***) registration must be done through APHA there is a link on the menu bar

ALL BASKETBALL registration is done through WMBA there is a link on the menu bar


PRIVACY POLICY
Personal information is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act and the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and will be used only for the purpose of registration for the various services and programs provided and for no other purpose or intent, stated or implied.

Credit card information is secure and will only be used for the purpose of processing your payment for registration of the selected program or service.


REFUND POLICY
PROGRAM REFUND POLICY:
1. A Full refund will be issued when a program is cancelled
2. There will be a $20.00 administration fee applied to all refund requests –Except if a program is Cancelled by Corydon Community Centre.
3. For sessions of eight weeks or over NO REFUND will be given after third week of classes.
4. To qualify for a refund, the office must be notified of the withdrawl prior to the end of the third
week of classes.
5. Refunds will be pro-rated from the date the office receives and confirms notice of withdrawl.
6. Camp registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
